How do I create an account?

Click Sign Up on the homepage or navigation bar. Fill in your full name, email, phone number, password, and select your role (Customer or Owner). You will receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account before you can log in.
How do I search for a property?

From the homepage, use the search bar to find properties by keyword or city. Use the Advanced Filters to narrow results by price range, property type, number of bedrooms, listing type (Rent or Sale), and floor. Results update automatically as you apply filters.
How do I submit a rental request?

Find a property you are interested in and click Request Rental. Fill in your proposed start date, end date, and any notes. The request will be sent to the property owner who will review and approve or reject it. You can track the status in My Requests.
How long does approval take?

Approval time depends on the property owner's response. Once approved, your rental status automatically changes to Active and you will receive a notification in the bell icon at the top of the page.
How do I view my rental contract?

Once your rental is approved and a contract is created by the owner, go to My Contracts from the navigation menu. Click View Contract on the relevant listing to see the full contract details including start date, end date, payment terms, and signature section.
I forgot my password. What do I do?

On the Login page, click Forgot Password? and enter your registered email address. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password. You can also sign in using your Google account if you registered with Google OAuth.
How do I add a property as an Owner?

Log in with your Owner account. From your dashboard click Add Property. Fill in the property title, type, listing type (Rent or Sale), city, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, size, and description. Upload photos and optionally add a map URL. Click Submit to publish your listing.
Can I use Google to sign in?

Yes. On both the Login and Sign Up pages, click Continue with Google. You will be redirected to Google to authorize the connection. Your Google account email and name will be used to create or access your E-Housing account.
